Led by renowned portrait photographer Tris Anderson, our team of attentive collaborators encourages an environment of comfort, confidence, creativity and fun. PROCESS
01. The Consult
Plan, prep, dream, design. This is where we envision your ideal portrait and lay the groundwork to make it happen.
02. The Styling
You’ll work with our wardrobe stylist to secure a set of flattering, timeless looks that represent your personal style.
03. The Beauty
Our professional hair and makeup artists bring out your most beautiful angles and help you harness confidence for your session.
04. The Shoot
Lights, of course. Camera, the best. Action—we’re ready to go. No need to know how to pose. Tris is a master at coaching you through exactly what he needs to capture you at your absolute best.
05. The Reveal
Tris will present you with a set of 30 to 40 gorgeous photos to select from for printing. All of your photos are retouched to the highest level of perfection by our editorial retoucher based in NYC.
TRIS Studio is currently booking in New England through early December, and the Miami and Palm Beach areas over the winter months.

For photographer Tris Anderson, a successful portrait is one that showcases the beauty and strength of the subject. He founded TRIS Studio to help bring forward everything his clients love about themselves, and draw attention to the light that shines from within. He believes a proper portrait, when influenced by an attentive and indulgent experience, tells a beautiful story about who you are.
You won’t find Tris looking left or right to see what other photographers are doing. He built his business from the ground up with a totally unique perspective. That’s precisely why you’ve never been photographed like this before.
Tris was born in Trinidad W.I. and has spent most of his adult life in the U.S. Today, Tris resides in Watch Hill R.I. and South Florida and travels extensively for both business and pleasure.
